Many agree that customer relations are important and probably conclusive for the future of your company. What are your company doing about it?
There is much talk about it, but few companies are actually adept at realising the full value of their customer base and their relations. In average, 5% of the customer base provides 60-80% of the revenue. Even more frightening is that 20% of the customer base provides more than 100% of the profit. Despite this, most companies place 95% of their marketing resources on new sales.
