As a Manager you will be involved in senior client relationship development and strategies. You will partner and work closely with CEOs to create long-term strategies with each account, and also be responsible for managing client relationships. You will take an active role in the leadership of XLENT Strategy and also in developing and executing the business strategy for the company. Your main task will be to take full client and project management responsibility. You will lead multi-functional teams that help clients adapt to changing economic conditions and develop sound business strategies. You are experienced in defining strategic direction and managing resources and utilization. You have documented experience in both bidding and proposals for large-scale projects, leading pre-sales activities and pursuing new business development opportunities.
